Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D.)
Dr. Tamara Klein is an accomplished, Colorado-licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D.) with over 20 years of dedicated federal service at the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) and current experience as a contract psychologist. She possesses a unique and comprehensive skill set spanning executive leadership, advanced clinical intervention, program development, and national consultation in correctional and forensic settings. Currently, Dr. Klein provides specialized assessment and treatment for federal employees dealing with the psychological impact of workplace injuries and traumatic events. Dr. Klein’s robust expertise is backed by an M.S. in Clinical Psychopharmacology and extensive training in Evidence-Based Practices, including CBT, CPT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD)
Dr. Rivkah M. Eidex, PsyD, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist whose approach is largely cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused. She believes that thought patterns play a powerful role in shaping emotions and behavior, and that meaningful improvement can happen by identifying and shifting unhelpful thinking. In her work, Dr. Eidex partners with clients to set concrete, attainable goals and move steadily toward change.
Dr. Eidex also emphasizes the impact of environment, relationships, and learned patterns. She often guides clients in exploring past experiences to understand where symptoms may have developed, with the aim of changing maladaptive patterns and building healthier coping strategies. Her therapeutic style is nurturing, empathic, and supportive throughout the process.
Originally from South Jersey, Dr. Eidex earned her graduate degree at the University of Hartford in Connecticut and completed her predoctoral internship in Rochester, New York. She lived in Atlanta for 25 years before recently relocating to Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Eidex is a wife and proud mother of five children, four of whom are taller than she is, and she enjoys photographing the sky in her free time.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Sarah Ann Sebban is a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and cultivate meaningful, lasting growth. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutgers University and completed both her Master’s and Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degrees in Clinical Psychology at Florida Institute of Technology. Dr. Sebban completed her predoctoral internship and postdoctoral residency with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), where she received comprehensive training in assessing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions.
Dr. Sebban provides individualized, evidence-based care grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. She works collaboratively with clients to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space that fosters healing, resilience, and self-understanding.
In addition to psychotherapy, Dr. Sebban conducts comprehensive psychological assessments to clarify diagnoses and guide personalized treatment planning. She has specialized training in mood disorders and trauma recovery, utilizing trauma-focused interventions, including Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation (STAIR), Trauma-Informed Guilt Reduction (TrIGR), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET).
Dr. Sebban is passionate about empowering individuals to move beyond past experiences and toward lives characterized by greater balance, purpose, and well-being. Whether addressing trauma, managing overwhelming emotions, or seeking personal growth, she is committed to helping clients build effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.

Licensed Professional Counselor
Miguel is a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor who has experience with adults working through challenges faced from injuries as well as children who are navigating the foster care. With a trauma-informed and client-centered approach, Miguel aims to create a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their emotions build resilience, and develop practical coping strategies. Drawing from evidence-based practices, he is dedicated to helping clients heal, grow, and reclaim their sense of well-being.

Licensed Professional Counselor
Angela holds the belief that everyone deserves a secure and nurturing environment to navigate through life’s challenges. She is a compassionate and empathetic individual committed to assisting others, recognizing that each person possesses a unique narrative that influences their current experiences. Angela strives to foster a safe space where clients can share their stories, gain understanding of how these experiences have affected them, and construct a more positive outlook. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic methods, including a Client-centered and Humanistic approach, with an emphasis on Existentialism, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, she has specialized training in trauma work, utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy as a supportive tool, while being mindful of cultural considerations and practices. Angela has experience addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, OCD, grief, anger, self-esteem, and various other life challenges. She is deeply passionate about guiding individuals towards becoming a healthier version of their authentic selves.

Heather Stephens, LCSW‑S, has over 15 years in the behavioral health field and provides compassionate therapy for people facing job pressures, injury recovery, and the emotional fallout of career change. She uses trauma‑informed, skills‑based strategies to reduce overwhelm, manage pain‑related stress, and rebuild confidence for a steadier return to daily life.
